Membership
Full Membership
Standard full membership is open to HR directors or equivalent in organisations of 1000+ employees. There is no membership fee.
Members get full access to the website, http://www.hrdirectorsclub.com, where you can network with fellow members online, share best practice and build valuable contacts. You will be invited to all six briefings and are welcome to attend the workshops and other club events.
Members will also receive a monthly newsletter and discounts off our products and services (keep visiting the website for full details).
For full members there is the opportunity to upgrade to gold membership.
Gold Membership
As from July 2005, gold membership will be granted to members who have attended three or more club events in any membership year (July-July).
Gold members receive the following benefits over and above standard membership:
- Priority invitations to workshop events
- Invites to any ad hoc dinners, lunches or meetings the club holds
- 25% off any second table booking or individual place at the Personnel Today Awards (as opposed to 10% for standard members)
- Free management resources guide of your choice
- Free digital subscription to Personnel Today
- Greater discounts on any Personnel Today products/events
- Special corporate gift
Interims
For interims we offer a six month membership after which time your status will be reviewed. To qualify you must have previously been in an HR Director or equivalent role for an organisation of 1000+ employees. If after six months you do not qualify for full membership (i.e. you have not secured a permanent role within an organisation of 1000+ employees) you will be offered affiliate membership. This also applies to existing members who become interims.

Associate Membership
Associate members may be Finance Directors or CEOs of organisation with 1000+ employees. You will be granted the same access as full, standard members and membership is free.
Existing members of the club are requested to encourage their FDs and CEOs to join the club and invite them along to events.

Affiliate Membership
An affiliate member may be an HR Director who works for an organisation with less than 1000 emplyees or an HR manager (and deputy heads or deputy HRDs) in an organisation of 1000+.
Affiliate members can join the club for a fee of £295 (+VAT) per annum or £75 (+VAT) per event. Affiliates will not have access to the members' area of the website but will be invited to attend the six free briefings over the twelve month period. You are also entitled to certain discounts off our products and services.
